I need a seasoned data scientist to process and analyze a weather dataset from Pune, Maharashtra, India, covering 2008-2022. The analysis will aim to achieve several objectives including accurate short-term forecasting, identifying climate patterns, and optimizing specific weather parameters.

Key Tasks:
- Data Pre-processing: Use various methods for data cleaning and normalizing.
- Feature Selection: Identify useful features using methods like Information Gain, Gain Ratio, Principal Component Analysis, Decision Tree, and Random Forest.
- Machine Learning: Implement five different methods to analyze the data.
- Parameter Identification: Find significant weather parameters from the analysis.
- Time Series Analysis: Use ARIMA and SARIMA models to predict the actual real-time temperature for 2023.

Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Python is essential for data analysis.
- Experience with machine learning and time series models.
