Project Title:
Fix Procurement Module & Dashboard Enhancements for Petrol Station BI System

Project Description:
I've already developed an automated Business Intelligence (BI) dashboard for a petrol station, aimed at replacing traditional manual and paper-based tracking systems. However, I'm currently facing issues specifically in the procurement module, and I need a few functional and UI improvements in the dashboard.

I’m looking for an experienced Python (Flask) + Frontend (likely JS/React/HTML) developer who can troubleshoot and fix the procurement logic and help refine dashboard outputs.

Current System Overview:
Traditional petrol stations usually rely on manual tracking for:

Daily fuel sales (MS, HSD, Premium)

Cash vs card collections

Tank inventory levels

Procurement & supply data

Day vs Night shift performance

Solution I’ve Built So Far:
A full-stack automated Petrol Station Business Intelligence Dashboard with modules for:

1. Real-Time Operations Monitoring
Live dashboard for today’s sales, collections, and variance

Shift completion tracking (Day/Night)

Tank level monitoring with refill alerts

Automatic profit/loss variance calculation

2. Business Analytics
Daily/weekly/monthly sales trends by fuel type

Shift-wise performance comparison

Procurement vs sales trend analysis

Manager performance tracking

Fuel efficiency and consumption reports

3. Financial Control
Real-time cash flow tracking

Discrepancy detection in collections

Payment breakdown (Cash, Card, Paytm, HPCL)

HPCL credit management

4. Operational Efficiency
Excel-based procurement import (this part is having issues)

Automated data validation

Manual entry elimination

Standardized daily reports across shifts

What Needs Fixing:
Procurement Module Bug:
Excel import for procurement sometimes fails or doesn’t reflect in the dashboard properly. This needs debugging and stabilization.

Dashboard Corrections:
Minor adjustments to UI or logic based on actual data entered (e.g., proper display of daily procurement vs sales, and correcting the variance calculation).

What I Can Provide:
Access to the current Flask codebase

Frontend files (if needed)

Sample Excel files used for procurement

DB schema or a copy of the SQLite/Postgres DB (if required)

Clear expected logic for procurement and variance

Goals:
Fix procurement errors

Ensure end-to-end procurement-to-dashboard flow works

UI changes on the dashboard

Final test to confirm calculations match expected business logic

If you're confident working with Flask, dashboards, and data import flows, please send a message with examples of similar work.
