Complete a python script

I have a python script that I would like finished.

I have done about half the script.

I have attached the current version of the script.

Please can you assist.

I have 2 csv files.
1.) Currently the script opens 1 of the csv files and inputs a value from the csv file into the Google Places Api.
2.) The Google Places Api returns the place type.
3.) I require your assist to take the place type and look for it in the 2nd csv file and return the match.
