Complete my python app with data write to InfluxDB and display the graph data via Grafana

I have a python script which read the sensor and display into the external screen. This script will execute every minutes by crontab.
Now i want to complete this python app with data write into InfluxDB (both local InfluxDB 1.8.10 and InfluxDB cloud) and display the graph data via Grafana.
This script with execute on an ARMv7 device so anyone have experience with PI will be appreciate
