Compare Databases using Pyton and SQLyog Software (RPA)

I need to create a routine to compare multiple databases in program SQLyog suing pyton. The routine will be:
1. Open on Windows the program SQLyog
2. Compare schemas
3. On the source select a specific database
4. On the destination check if the database has ".com" or ".com.br" to make sure the database is to sync
5. Click on compare databases
6. Execute de comparison if somehting is different from the source

Mandatory:
- It will mandatory run in Windows Server and the developer should provide very specific details to run this daily each 1 hour (Scheduled) , a documentation how to put this task to run
- Need to be in Pyton or any other free RPA tool as long as it runs in Windows Server 2016
- Any tool need help and instructions to run in server

I have no knowledge in Pyton and the installation proccess and task creation should be guided in details (Step by step)
