Combined 4 CSV files into one with formulas

I'm looking for someone to combine 4 CSV files into one with formulas.
I want to be able to drop the spreadsheets into a folder, run the program, and have it output to another folder as excel with a name and date. Then i want the source spreadsheets to be archived into a folder with the date that they were run on it.
I also want the field mapping to be editable in a config file so that we don't need to change code if a field changes. I prefer this be coded in python.
