I'm looking for an expert developer who is proficient in coding for AI projects, with a defined focus on Python. The project I'm hiring for involves creating a cold calling AI system. While the client hasn't specified certain features they'd like to have, an experienced AI developer could suggest features such as voice recognition, call recording, or speech synthesis depending on the needs of the project.
