Coinbase API orders with python

Using python, I have managed to write code that logs into Coinbase with my API key.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to read the existing orders, or to create sell orders. I will provide you with a key that has permissions to read orders and create orders. You will come up with code that succeeds in doing this.
