Code Data scrapper for website required

Web/Data scrapper for website required, simple website, will provide account login
I would like this done in python
Requirements:
1. Need to scrape data as shown in my excel spreadsheet based from some URL and code. Add code to flag some data retrieved such as duplicate codes
2. Script must save all current data scrapped if there is an error causing the scrapping to stop.
3. Script provides an error and completed file log
4. Input file for your code will be from my excel spreadsheet. Your Output file needs to be in Excel xlsx and all data must be readable and usable format
5. Install script and provide process documents
