QR Code Automation from PC Photos

I need a script or software that can automatically scan QR codes from photos saved on my PC. The extracted text from the QR codes should be saved into a corresponding .txt file in the same folder as the photos.

Key Requirements:
- Automate the QR code scanning process from captured photos
- Save the extracted text into a .txt file
- Place the .txt file in the same folder as the photos

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Python or similar programming language
- Experience with file handling in scripts
- Prior experience with QR code processing software or scripts would be advantageous.
