Cluster Timeseries Data with DBSCAN

I have Timeseries Data that needs to be clustered, preferrably using DBSCAN & Python. For someone who is experienced, it should not take more than 30 minutes. Requirements: Clear, well-commented code, visualize the outcome, reusable code.
