Cloud app that interfaces via API with a marketplace and an ERP

We are a small company based in Torino, Italy that operates in the fashion industry.
We need an app that will update automatically and periodically the prices of our products on a marketplace named Stockx.com. It will do this by calling the APIs provided by Stockx.com.
Moreover, this app will get new orders' information from Stockx.com by calling Stockx's APIs and pass it to our ERP System (microsoft d365 business central) via our ERP's APIs.
App needs to be run in the cloud so that we dont have to trigger it manually.
The ideal outcome would be a script that is easy to troubleshoot, with good error handling and clean code.
This app will be used by non technical people (not developers)
