Cloud-Native AI-Powered Office Management Platform
Budget: £10,000 – £20,000 GBP
We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build a cloud-native, AI-powered web platform that helps businesses (tenants) manage their office premises and liabilities. The platform will provide document processing, analytics, alerts, and various automation features to streamline lease management, drive cost savings, and mitigate risk.
Project Requirements:
1. Secure User Authentication & SSO Integration
Develop a secure login system where each business has individualised accounts.
Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) integration to allow seamless and secure access for enterprise users.
2. Document Upload & AI-Powered Processing
Build a feature that allows users to upload office leases and other documents in various formats (PDF, DOCX, etc.).
Implement AI and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to automatically extract key data from leases, including rent review dates, break clauses, and other relevant details.
3. Data Integration from Third-Party Sources
Integrate with external data sources via APIs (e.g., property data, market trends, legal regulations).
Where API access is unavailable, use web scraping to gather data from official source websites and ingest it into the system.
4. Automated Alerts
Set up a system to send automated alerts based on extracted lease data (e.g., upcoming rent reviews, break options) and external data sources.
Alerts should be customisable and trigger based on pre-defined conditions or dates relevant to each firm’s lease terms.
5. Document Automation
Develop a feature that can auto-generate standard documents (e.g., Rent Review Request for Engagement, Heads of Terms) by populating templates with relevant data extracted from the leases.
Ensure the templates are flexible and can be customised to different lease types and business needs.
6. AI-Powered Chatbot
Build an AI-driven chatbot that can answer questions about a firm's leases (e.g., lease terms, upcoming deadlines) and compare the firm's data with third-party benchmarks (e.g., market rent rates in specific sectors or locations).
Additional Details:
The platform must be cloud-native, scalable, and secure.
Experience with AI, machine learning, or natural language processing (NLP) for document analysis is required.
Proficiency in web scraping and API integration for ingesting third-party data.
Familiarity with document generation and PDF handling is a plus.
The system must provide a user-friendly interface, with a focus on accessibility and ease of use for non-technical users.
