About the Role:
I'm a Cloud Data Engineer with 10–12 years of experience across AWS, GCP, Azure, Spark, Snowflake, and data governance. I'm actively applying to high-quality roles and am looking for a tech-savvy assistant to help streamline the job application process.
This is not a generic VA job — you must understand how modern data platforms work and be capable of tailoring resumes with strategic and technical alignment.

• Complete applications end-to-end, including cover letter/personalized notes if required
• Maintain a tracker (Google Sheets/Notion) for all applications
• Communicate regularly — flag gaps in resume, ask questions, and optimize as needed
• Gradually take ownership of the full flow with minimal supervision
________________________________________
Required Skills:
• Familiarity with modern cloud and data engineering stacks, especially:
o AWS
o GCP
o Azure
o Databricks, Spark, dbt, Airflow, Snowflake
• Ability to understand how tech fits into end-to-end pipelines (batch/streaming/ML/BI)
• Excellent written English and resume editing ability
• Detail-oriented, self-managed, and organized
• Ability to adapt my master resume and highlight missing gaps (I'll provide support)
• Basic prompt engineering skills or ChatGPT use is a must
________________________________________
Bonus Points For:
• Prior experience in job application support or resume tailoring
• Hands-on project exposure or internships in data engineering
• AI/GPT familiarity to automate small pieces (e.g., parsing JDs, summarizing tech stack)
________________________________________
Support Provided:
• Full Master Resume + sample tailored versions
• My availability to help refine and validate technical content
• Templates, cover letter snippets, and support for initial handholding
________________________________________
Time Commitment:
• ~1 to 2 hours/day
• Goal: Apply to 3–4 quality roles/day
• Part-time, flexible, outcome-focused
________________________________________
Compensation:
• Competitive hourly rate or fixed monthly retainer (negotiable)
• Bonuses for interview calls generated
________________________________________
How to Apply:
Send a message with:
1. A quick summary of your tech exposure (even if academic)
2. A tailored version of the attached resume (I'll provide a test JD)
3. Your expected monthly or per-application rate
