Cloud API Consultant Expert in Python Scaling

We have two processes written in Python that support a mobile app. We need a best-practices plan to implement these services in a cloud environment. We need a consultant who is an expert in the following-
• Hosted tools from AWS, Azure and Google Cloud
• Serverless code functions
• API creation, security and hosting
• Video processing with Python
• Audio processing with Python
• Hosted Nvidia GPUs
• Virtual Machine Scale sets
Would be useful if candidate also-
• Familiar with Windows and Linux virtual servers
• Available during North American time zones working hours
Immediate goal is to review current hosting strategy then help design and implement a scalable replacement. It would be helpful if consultant remained available for ongoing support. Consultant will need to sign an NDA.
