Client Communication Collaborator Needed (Fluent English + Basic Technical Understanding)

I am looking for a reliable, long-term collaborator to act as the communication bridge between me and my professional clients. This role is primarily focused on client communication — not coding. You will speak and write with clients in English, understand their needs, and share all important details with me clearly so I can execute the work.

What you will be doing:

Talking with clients in English to discuss project requirements, ideas, and expectations.
Asking the right questions to fully understand what clients want and need.
Explaining basic technical concepts to clients when necessary, in a simple and professional way.
Summarizing and sharing client discussions with me in a clear and organized manner.
Keeping clients updated on progress, timelines, and any changes throughout the project.
Being the first point of contact — responding professionally and promptly at all times.
Helping maintain professional, respectful communication from start to finish.
What I expect from you:

Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken. This is the most important requirement.
Professional, polite, and confident conversation ability with clients.
Good listening skills, attention to detail, and the ability to report information clearly.
Basic understanding of modern web and software development — you do NOT need to write code, but you must be comfortable discussing development topics with clients.
Responsible, responsive, and easy to work with.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work reliably in a remote setting.
