Clean Up Photos and Documents Referenced by SQL Server DB Tables

1st
For each record in a GREEN tab, determine if the URL targets a file that exists. If it does mark "File Exists" column with a Y. If the target file does not exist mark it with a N.
For each tab's corresponding ORANGE folder, crawl the full folder structure and identify orphan files that do not have a link in the corresponding excel tab
2nd
Once the above two items are complete, CLIENT will update the BLUE tab in the excel for the developer. CLIENT will list files and a target folder organization. Grab all files, organize them according to CLIENT spec and upload them to target server. Confirm they are viewable.
Deliverables
1st : an updated Excel file with:
Y or N for each record on a GREEN based on if the file exists
List of files that aren't referenced by a record (Orphans) on each ORANGE tab
2nd : organized folder of document and photo files that are accessible via server according to BLUE tab. BLUE tab will be completed based on the 1st .
