Clean Database

I'd like to find a developper who'll be able to clean and organize different database that i have.
Columns are not good, i've added 300 databases in 1 ( 9Go) and i need to clean it to have as many unique emails as i can, in juste one column. I should have a final file around 1 Million email i hope.
I've tried to to it with Python, but i m 100% beginner and i dont wanna waste to much time to learn, cause i need the file asap.
