Classification Problem - modern classification algorithm Using Python

The data set is smart meter readings (i.e. energy usage) from 55 houses collected from 1 minute through one day. All those houses are connected to exactly one transformer among three transformers. We need to group the 55 houses to one of the three groups a modern classification algorithm and compare the results . See the attachments of the description
