Chrome extension for text summarization of NPTEL videos using transcript using LSTM or seq 2 seq model

I am looking for a talented freelancer to help me develop a Chrome extension for text summarization of NPTEL videos using transcripts using an LSTM or sequence to sequence model. The approach I am looking for is an abstractive summary, written in Python, and using existing NPTEL videos for testing and training the model. This extension will help users quickly watch the summary of any video rather than have to watch the whole video. Please let me know if you’re the right freelancer for this project!
