Chrome Extension Developer Needed

I'm looking for a good chrome extension developer who can read the emails with Chatgpt and generate the responses using those openAI responses.

Looking to getting started on the frontend and integrate the python backend later.

I don't have exact design, and prefer to hire someone who can handle the design as well.
