Chrome to Excel Data Scaping Using Python or VBA -- 2

I am looking for assistance in creating a data scraping process for Chrome browser using either Python or VBA. I need this done as quickly as possible. The data must be in a format that can be imported into an Excel spreadsheet. The end result should be a detailed and accurate report in Excel with all of the necessary information. No existing database is needed, however I will require the data to be formatted prior to importing into Excel. This project requires an experienced Python or VBA programmer with a proven track record of successful, reliable data scraping projects.

I want to Scrape Data From Zerodha Kite Web (https://kite.zerodha.com/), Symbol to Scrap is not Fixed so program should pick the symbol from all symbols added in watchlist 1 from Kite Web . Data should keep updating until I close / stop program , Data Update interval should not be grater than 1 second., I also want to add change indicators on chart and data should change according to chart, Time Frame for Data should pick up from Excel file and and data should change according to excel time frame list , once I am satisfied with result , I want Data for Last (Live) Candle only for every symbol in watchlist 1 , I want scrapping should be done in background only , without showing chrome GUI ( Or Minimized Chrome Window)
