Checker for Valid Number on Netflix

I need to make a program in python to check number if registered on Netflix.
Multi-thread with support proxy list. I need this in requests no puppeteer/selenium and no 2captcha etc just a captcha bypass. Don't forget that multi-thread we need to use the rotative proxy from a txt list for each request.
