Chatbot to match submission to the first DB, compare for similar submission to a second DB, ingest new submission to the first DB and match make submission to a thirdth DB for solution

Project Description:
I am looking for a skilled developer to create a chatbot that will handle user interactions through text/commands. The chatbot should be developed using Python programming language.

Requirements:
- Develop a chatbot that can handle user interactions through text/commands
- The chatbot should be able to match user submissions to the first database
- Compare for similar to a second database
- Ingest new user submissions to first database
- Match make user submissions to a third database for solution

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language
- Experience in developing chatbots
- Familiarity with working with databases and data matching algorithms
- Knowledge of natural language processing and machine learning techniques would be a plus

A good intuitive design is expected for querying and displaying results listing sorted by dates and options for matching, comparing, ingesting and match making solution to the submission. Final product to be deployed on Streamlit.
