Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced developer to build a chatbot that integrates with our existing Azure SQL database, leveraging LangChain for LLM-based query orchestration and Chainlit for the frontend chat interface. The chatbot will enable users to interact with and retrieve insights from data stored in our database using AI.

The project involves:

Setting up Azure SQL with vector support for embedding and similarity search.
Developing Python scripts using LangChain to handle data retrieval, embedding generation, and prompt orchestration.
Integrating the backend with Chainlit to create a user-friendly, scalable chat interface.
Key Deliverables:

A functional chatbot that can retrieve and present relevant database insights based on user input.
Clean and modular Python code for LangChain and Chainlit integration.
Documentation explaining setup, usage, and maintenance.
Optional: Guidance on deploying the solution to a cloud environment (e.g., Azure).
Skills Required:

Experience with Azure SQL and vector database features.
Proficiency in Python and frameworks like LangChain and Chainlit.
Familiarity with AI models (OpenAI, Ollama, or similar) and embedding generation.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and async Python development.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Experience:

Previous projects involving AI-powered chatbots.
Familiarity with the RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pattern.
