AI Chatbot for Automated Testing (Excel Input/Output + RAG)

We need an AI-powered chatbot, delivered as a standalone .exe application, to manage automated test data.
The project scope:
Create input Excel files for automated test scenarios using GPT-4 API.
Read and analyze output Excel files (including error messages).
Interpret errors (distinguish between invalid test data and real system bugs).
Log all runs and errors into a RAG knowledge base for retrieval and learning.
Use the RAG to improve future input generation by learning from past errors.
Handle multi-client environments, where datasets differ but error categories may be reused.
Deliverable: a compiled Windows .exe (Python or Node.js) that integrates with GPT-4 API and stores knowledge locally (SQLite/JSON).
