Ensure that responses are exclusively derived from these documents, citing specific sources such as page numbers and chapter numbers, or hyperlinks where applicable. The current version of the chatbot successfully guides users to relevant knowledge base sections.
However, a current issue is that Botpress is not fully parsing all the pages of the PDF and is failing to index all the pages from the link. While internet searches can yield answers, the objective is to solely rely on the designated knowledge bases for information.
Additionally, the existing chatbot captures user information, including names and email IDs. The goal is to implement an automated email system that sends an email with this information whenever a user provides it. Furthermore, there is a desire to integrate this chatbot with WhatsApp if the user expresses interest.
