ChatGPT 4 API PDF Integration

I'm looking for an expert to integrate some technical manuals into the ChatGPT 4 API. The system needs to be able to answer questions related to troubleshooting steps, usage instructions, and technical specifications. Answers should be presented as detailed explanations.

Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Proficiency in working with the ChatGPT 4 API
- Experience with PDF document integration
- Understanding of technical manuals and related content

So I need:
1. Parse PDF data above into databases and images extracted and stored
2. integrate ChatGPT 4 API to answer questions via FAISS (already installed on server)
3. fine tuning of the GPT API to answer questions better. (LATER STAGE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS QUOTE PLEASE)
4. i will do the front end.
