Change the mlp layer to the bilstm layer in deep learning python

regarding this project https://github.com/linzh92/DeepICF, where this project need to change mlp layer to bilstm layer. But must still use the previous program code.
Based on this source code, using deep icf (collaborative filtering_a (attention) item, the input is Dataset.py and batch gen.py which is already contained in this source code.
So I'm having problems with this, which requires modifying the code in previous research. So the available source code must replace the previous MLP layer into BiLSTM.
Here I attach the layer that needs to be replaced
It is hoped that the final result of this system will be in the form of a list of top N film recommendations along with the evaluation value of the system
