Change Api to Python script -- 2

Hello, I am requesting a python expert who can change the API to a script which is developed in python. It currently uses the OANDA api package and I want it to be changed to Exchangeratesapi. I need someone who is an expert on the subject and who can make the change in its entirety and leave the script working with the new api. .

IT'S NOT JUST CHANGING THE API AND THAT'S IT, YOU MUST CHANGE THE SCRIPT CODE TO ADAPT IT TO THE NEW API.
