Cell Tracking Interface Development Plan -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a skilled developer to integrate a machine learning cell tracking algorithm into a
user-friendly Dash interface and improve specific functions of the tracking algorithm. The goal is
to enable researchers to efficiently train the cell tracking model and apply the model to track
cells. The ideal candidate will have experience in interface design, machine learning and data
visualization.
Key aspects of the project include:
- The primary purpose of the interface has not yet been determined and I am open to suggestions. Potential uses could include research and data analysis, infrastructure monitoring, or security and surveillance.
- Consideration for the platform the interface should be compatible with is also needed. Options include a web-based application, mobile application, or desktop software.
- While I have not yet specified what data needs to be tracked, I am interested in tracking a range of data including location data, usage data, and activity logs.
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Extensive experience in designing tracking interfaces
- Strong understanding of different platforms and their capabilities
- Ability to provide insightful suggestions based on industry trends and standards
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable way.
