Cateogrize items by item description according to a taxonomy

Machine Learning project. I will give you two files, one is the category tree 400k items, the other is a list of 12k items that I need to have categorized. The project deliverables are the python code to take the category tree and learn from it. The second deliverable is the 12k items categorized.
