Car rent project | Python | Django

Hello, I'm trying to find developer to help realize project for car rent on django. The most visual part have been already made. Need backend developers.
1. There must be registration for customers, who can book car, add or delete cars from wishlist, compare and chat with companies. For custumers to book car need to pay 20% now, or all in the office.
2. Need different accounts for companies wich can add categoryes, post to give rent and sell cars. There must be different tarifs plan on posting promotions. Aslo need to make super admin to manage custumers accounts and compaies accounts.
3. And private seller wich can do basically the same as company account.
3. Both accounts can post blogs on website and they getting points and vews.
4. Need to make serching function on website.
