Project Overview:
We are a used car dealership that has recently expanded our services to include a workshop and carwash. To streamline our operations and enhance customer experience, we are looking to develop a comprehensive web application. The application will serve as an online platform where users can browse cars for sale, participate in auctions, book workshop services, schedule car washes, receive newsletters, register as users, and manage their accounts. The entire system will be developed using Python and the Django framework.
Features:
Cars for Sale:
Display a range of cars available for purchase.
Each car listing will include details such as make, model, price, and specifications.
Users can view and filter cars based on various criteria.
Auction System:
Implement a bidding system for auctioning cars.
Allow users to place bids on auctioned cars.
Display real-time bid updates and notify winning bidders.
Workshop Services:
Provide a selection of fixed workshop services (e.g., oil change, tire change).
Allow users to book specific services at available time slots.
Enable users to request maintenance/repair appointments.
Car Wash Services:
Offer car wash appointments and fixed services like detailing and interior cleaning.
Allow users to schedule preferred service times.
Newsletter System:
Implement a newsletter subscription system.
Collect user email addresses for sending newsletters.
Admin panel to create and send newsletters to subscribed users.
User Registration and Management:
Provide user registration and login functionality.
Allow users to create accounts and log in securely.
Allow users to create and new ad to sell their car through us or send us an offer to buy their car directly.
Admin panel with the ability to manage users, including banning and removal.
Billing/Invoice System/Inventory mangmanet:
Generate invoices for purchased cars, auction wins, workshop services, and car washes.
Send invoices to users via email or download printable pdf file.
Users can view and download invoices from their accounts.

- Cars for Sale: List of available cars with filters based on make, model, price range, etc.
- Auctions: Active and upcoming auctions with car details and bid functionality.
