Car Detection Software using Open Source Project
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I want someone to develop a program that counts how many cars, trucks, buses, motorcycles and people pass in front of a camera. This software must tally how many vehicles and people passed each minute and categorize each vehicle detection hit.
Video footage is live, so the software must save a number of photograms per second in a database to analyze and count. The open source project that I can see applied to this project is https://github.com/ahmetozlu/vehicle_counting_tensorflow so the person bidding must have deep knowledge of Python and Tensorflow.
Data can be saved to a sql lite database inside the hosting computer, but a cronjob must be made to send the information to a server every hour.
