Capture Live Caption from Chrome Browser

I need to see if it's possible to capture the text from the Live Caption in the Chrome Browser. We have an audio player on our website and if the user selects the Live Caption I would like to capture the transcript that it produces.

If that is possible then I would like the sync up the words with the rough timestamp based on our audio player timestamps and output into SRT format.
