Cancer Detection System
Budget: $700 – $800 USD
I'm in need of a professional who can develop a novel approach for early cancer detection. The primary goal of this system is to detect cancer with the highest possible accuracy.
Key Requirements:
- Develop a novel approach for cancer detection system focusing on early identification
- Utilize imaging technologies, MRI, and CT scans
- Targeting high detection accuracy, (90%-95% and I prefer above if it is possible)and using different evaluation metrics (f1,presion, AUC....etc.)
- high preprocessing tasks including visualization(for the image before and after processing like mask, augmentation..etc.) and solve imbalance problem with providing the comments for each step in the code.
- Demo for the approach (the user will upload the image and the demo will return whether the image is presenting cancer or not with the evaluation metrics possibilities to be a cancer ) using gradio.
-using python language.

- Strong background in medical imaging technologies
- Experience in developing cancer detection systems
- Proficient in programming and DL & ML.
- Understanding of cancer detection methodologies
