Calibration Lab Project

I need a python programmer for a small project. We currently have a python script that is assigned to a single user account on a Windows PC. We need the software to run with individual's logging into the Windows PC with their unique credentials. We also need the software to have a input for a time pause. For example, we need to be able to tell the software to wait 30, 45, 60, 90 or 120 seconds before executing part of a script. We would also like the interface to be more user friendly.
