Calculate the maximum value from the list - Binance Websocket

Dear all i need to calculate the maximum volume for the last 144 elements in Python.
The data source is the Biance API Websocket.
This calculation should be integrated into the aplication.
You will need to review and correctly calculate this variable. I tried to do it but i get errors.
