Calculate distance between two places (e.g., via GoogleMaps API)

Looking for a freelancer who can compute three distance measures for a list of <3 million location pairs.
Here are the three distance measures we need for each location pair:
1. Geographic distance in km
2. Commuting time in minutes by fastest mode (i.e., car, train, airplane, ferry, ...)
3. Commuting time in minutes by car
Each location is specified by country, state, city. A screenshot of the list iwth location pairs is attached.
There are different ways to do this. GoogleMaps API, Python, R packages, etc. You can choose the method you prefer. We only care about correct results, not the method.
This job should begin immediately and be completed within 48 hours. Budget is USD150 max.
