CUDA, cuDNN, spconv, Pytorch, CMake, APEX Installation Specialist Needed

I'm looking for an expert who can help in installing CUDA, cuDNN, and spconv in order to ensure my image recognition model runs smoothly.
The model should be installed on a Windows WSL machine, which I will give access to through AnyDesk.
Everything is already installed on it, but for some reason it doesn't work. I need someone to go through all the things again and check the versions to see if they are compatible.
