CRM development in REACT, Django/Python

I started the project and now busy on the operational side of the business. I need programmers to finish the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Project with assign assessment, scheduling and payment processing. Front end in REACT and backend in Python/Django. Price will be decided after technical discussion. It should be around $1000 project to finish from where it stands as of now.
