CREATE A BACKEND FOR MY REAL TIME SPEECH EMOTION RECOGNITION AND INTEGRATE IT WITH FRONT END

I am looking to create a backend for my real time speech emotion recognition and I need help developing it. The programming language I have chosen for the backend is Python, and I want to use the Flask,DJANGO framework. I also prefer to use a MySQL database management system for the backend. If you are experienced with developing backends using Python, Flask, and MySQL, I would love to work with you on this project.
