COVID Spread Simulation

I am looking for experienced developers to debug a simple COVID spread simulation. The simulation will predict future COVID spread based on various lockdown measures using Python development language. It will need to be able to account for different variables that will influence COVID spread and tailor the simulation accordingly. The simulation works on dummy data. There are 2 versions for the data now: numpy and pytorch. The aim is to debug the torch version to produce coherent results. The developers must have a background in numpy and pytorch and be able to develop the simulation with accuracy and efficiency.
