CNN Flood Detection Code
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a CNN code using Python to predict flooded areas using .tif images. Also, I require downloading and labeling of the .tif images using any tool of your choice.
Requirements:
- Download .tif images that contains flooded areas or body water in general (but ultimately the code should be trained to identify flooded areas)
- Label .tif images using any tool
- Develop a CNN model to detect flooded areas
- Use labeled .tif images for training/testing
Ideal Skills:
- Experience with CNNs and image processing
- Familiarity with .tif image format
- Ability to use labeling tools
