CMD Program that does Cleanup junk files on my PC like CCleaner !!!!!!
Budget: $50 – $100 USD
I need a tool that can clean my computer from junk files and cookies, cache, etc, similar to the program ccleaner (or atleast clean the same areas). Basically needs you to reverse engineer the areas ccleaner cleans. Also need to delete old and existing downloaded windows update safely.

It is executed by command prompt and have an ini file that I can specify True on areas I would like to clean and not clean. Account for 32 and 64 bit OS and their junkfile, cache, cookies saved locations (different bit may be different locations).

Log.txt
Keep log.txt of successful and failed cleanup, if successful, log the space cleaned and objects cleaned. Log.txt can keep 1 day worth of log or up to 10 days and oldest gets cleared out as new ones comes in.
Compatible with:
All Windows OS - Fully portable & no need for extra 3rd party framework, or software installs.
Elevated Permission:
You must know how to clean the system and windows updates with elevated permission. Or else it won't clean up all the junk.
Example:
clean.exe -pw %j#9%3@7nsp94js -p Monthly
-pw = a password I need to include with the run that is hard coded into the code, I must use this password in order for software to run, this will help prevent unauthorized usage.
-p = profile, I can do daily cleanup, weekly cleanup monthly cleanup. -P Monthly will run the monthly.ini profile that preexist in the root folder of the clean.exe
