CEX/DEX Stable Coin Arbitrage Bot

I'm in need of a robust arbitrage bot, designed to operate primarily across ByBit/Binance, Centralized Exchanges (CEX). I am also open to Decentralized Exchanges (DEX) IF it is feasible.

Kindly tell me how you intend on developing, deploying, hosting and managing the bot.

The bot should be developed in Python and equipped with the following features:

- Real-time price tracking
- Automated trading execution
- Profit and loss reporting
- A telegram interface (preferred option but open to suggestions) to manage and view the bots actions in real time

Ideal candidates for this project should have significant experience in Python programming, with a proven track record of developing trading bots. Familiarity with stable coin arbitrage and both CEX and DEX platforms will be a major advantage.

Note: I am open to whatever suggestions that will speed up the project and make it cost effective.
