CEX Based Arbitrage Bot | Telegram Interface

I'm looking for a skilled programmer to develop an arbitrage bot for me. This bot should be able to exploit price differences for stablecoins on two major cryptocurrency exchanges - Binance and ByBit. The bot should also have a Telegram interface for easy monitoring and control.
Key Requirements:
- The bot should be able to trade stablecoins on Binance and ByBit.
- The bot must be programmed in Python.
- A Telegram interface should be incorporated for user-friendly interaction.
Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience in Python programming, particularly in developing cryptocurrency trading bots.
- Familiarity with Binance and ByBit exchanges.
- Previous work involving Telegram bot development would be a plus.
- Understanding of arbitrage trading strategies and stablecoin dynamics.
