Bybit Copytrade bot

I have a trading strategy on Tradingview where I send signals to a channel on Telegram. I need a bot capable of reading the messages that are sent on this channel, identifying those that are trading signals and executing the orders in the Bybit copytrade account. All orders must be of Limit IOC type and must have TP and SL.

Below is an example of a message that will be sent on the Telegram channel:

NEW TRADE
Symbol: BTCUSDTPERP
Side: Long
Entry Price: 28800
Quantity: 10%
Leverage: 10x
Take-Profit: 29000
Stop Loss: 28600

The bot must send messages to Telegram updating the status of trades.
