Bulk Shopify Product List Update - Python, Web Scraping, Data Extraction

Hi,
I am looking for a freelancer who can update our Shopify product list by extracting all available product information from two different suppliers.
The ideal candidate should have experience in web scraping and data extraction using Python (Expert).
* * * Please note: I do not want freelancers who propose manual data entry. There are several thousand products to compare, update, and add to our inventory. The work must be done automatically using a Python script or another automated method.
The specific requirements for the project include:
This project consists of two parts:
First Part:
----------------
Compare the new product list (Excel) with our existing Shopify inventory to generate a list of discontinued products on our website.
Update our battery product list:
a) Generate the Shopify format list from the new product list (Excel) based on certain conditions.
b) Extract necessary information such as product titles, dimensions, weight, capacity, and images from the Excel file and convert them into Shopify format, following the same template as our other products.
c) Manage duplicates by creating products with different titles found on the same website.
d) Write product descriptions using our template and include a compatibility chart (all data is available in the supplier's Excel product list).
e) Determine product prices by comparing supplier prices and certain criteria (cost price + shipping fees + additional amount).
f) Create bundle pricing options (e.g., buy 2, buy 4) based on specific criteria and include them in the Shopify document.
Second Part:

Update our ink/toner cartridge product list from a partner's website using web scraping and data extraction techniques.
a) Compare the new list with our existing product list to sort out discontinued (unavailable) products.
b) Update our ink and toner product list (Shopify format).
c) Use the same product description template as we currently have, including a compatibility chart.
d) Extract all relevant information (description, dimensions, weight, page yield, images) and integrate it into our current Shopify template.
e) Create and include bundle pricing options (e.g., buy 2 or 3 cartridges) in the Shopify file.
Skills and experience required:
Proficiency in Python for web scraping and data extraction.
Familiarity with Shopify and its product listing requirements.
Experience in converting data from an Excel list to Shopify format, using a specific description template consistent with our existing products.
